Every driver must meet our minimum age requirement. The renter must present a valid driver’s license in their own name at pickup. Let us know if another person intends to drive so we can explain the requirements.
Rentals are charged per 24-hour period. Return your cart by the agreed time, and contact us in advance if you want to extend the rental. Late-return charges apply.
Your cart is delivered with a full tank and should be returned full. A US$50 refueling charge applies if it is not.
Insurance and Financial Responsibility
Basic liability insurance is included and covers third-party damage only. It does not cover damage to the rental cart, theft, or personal injury. The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft under the rental agreement.
