What Happens After You Submit?
1. We Check Availability
Our team reviews your dates, cart quantities, and delivery location. If we need more information, we’ll contact you using the details you provide.
2. You Review Your Quote
We send the total price, inclusions, and payment instructions. Review our rental terms and cancellation policy before paying.
3. Payment Confirms Your Cart
Once full payment is received, your reservation is confirmed. We’ll coordinate your meeting point and timing. Let us know if your flight or water taxi details change.
4. We Meet You and Complete the Handover
Bring your valid driver’s license. Our team will review the paperwork, inspect the cart with you, and demonstrate the controls, lights, fuel gauge, and locking procedure.
Arrival Help Is Part of Your Rental
We coordinate complimentary delivery and pickup at the agreed airport, water taxi terminal, hotel, or vacation rental location.
Extra luggage? If your bags cannot fit safely alongside your passengers, we can use another cart to transport them at no additional cost. Tell us your luggage amount before arrival.
Not sure where your accommodation is? After handover, our staff will ask whether you know the way or need assistance. If needed, a team member will lead you there in another cart and briefly introduce you to the town along the route.

Choose the Right Cart for Your Group
- 4-seater: up to four passengers.
- 6-seater: up to six passengers.
- Multiple carts: combine sizes to suit your group.
For six adults, one 6-seater lets everyone travel together. Two 4-seaters allow your group to split up and may be easier to park individually, but require two spaces and an eligible driver for each cart.
Do not exceed passenger capacity. Complimentary luggage assistance means you can discuss bag transport separately from your seating needs.

Booking During a Busy Period?
Carts book up quickly from December through January 15, and again in March. Request your dates early, especially if you need several carts or a particular size.

Our office is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Walk-ins can rent immediately when a cart is available. Pickup and return outside office hours can be arranged in advance.
Before Confirming Your Reservation
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and meet our licensing requirements. Your rental also carries responsibilities for fuel, return time, damage, and lost equipment.
